Gmail offline option
Is a chrome extension that allows the user to read, view or search emails without connecting to internet.
It can be done by installing Gmail offline option then navigate to settings, Click the setting submenu, now click the Offline tab
Mark as read button
In spite the fact that Mark as Read button is part of the Gmail features, It's hidden in the pile of settings. The mark as read button can be placed on top of the inbox by clicking the "Gear" icon(top right), then select the settings sub-menu, click the Gmail tap, scroll down to Mark as read and enable it.
Mass unsubscribe option
With promotional and marketing emails filling up the inbox and lowering the storage space, perhaps, users will like to have a mass unsubscription to get rid of emails like that forever.
To perform this action, type Unsubscribe in the main search box of Gmail. A list of emails will be showned then user can Select all to remove newstellers, discount and promotional emails from inbox permanently.
Organise Mail Under tabs
In order for user to Group a set of emails to have orderly and easy to use inbox, User needs to utilize Gmails tap functionality. By clicking the + button near the existing tabs then the other two tabs can be seen if a particular message is needed to be part of a specific tab.
To do this, user will have to click and drag the email to the appropriate tab.
Add Send and Achieve button
This option allows user to have a tidy inbox.
It can be done by clicking the button(After responding to an email), that email will instantly moved from inbox to a digital cabinet for achieval. The achieved messages can be found in the All Mail tab on the left.
